What is WSWHE BOCES?
The Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooperative Educational Services (WSWHE BOCES) serves 31 school districts in a five-county region. The BOCES Board of Education, a governing board made up of representatives from component school districts, is responsible for the oversight of curricular, financial and other policy decisions. The chief executive officer of a BOCES is the District Superintendent who works closely with local school districts as a liaison/agent of the New York State Commissioner of Education.

WSWHE BOCES 2025 Annual Meeting Highlights Student Success and Programs
On April 2, 2025 WSWHE BOCES held its annual meeting of the trustees and members of the boards of education of its component school districts. Culinary arts students prepared and served dinner to more than 70 guests.
Public Notices
District-wide School Safety Plan
New York State School Districts and BOCES are required to develop a district-wide school safety plan designed to prevent or minimize the effects of serious violent incidents and emergencies and to facilitate the coordination of the district with local and county resources in the event of such incidents or emergencies.
