WSWHE BOCES is pleased to bring you the online convenience of our new payment processing system, PaySchools. This program allows you to make payments online via e-check or credit card at your convenience all from our web site.

How It Works
Click the PaySchools logo above or in the right-hand side menu bar, or click here.

Course Selection
Simply select the course(s) you wish to attend, and check out. The first time you access PaySchools, you will be asked to create a username and password. You can then choose to pay by e-check or credit card.

Paying by E-Check
To pay by e-check (directly debiting your bank account), you will enter your bank’s ABA routing number and personal bank account number.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card
To make your purchase by credit or debit card, enter the account number and expiration date for your VISA, MasterCard or Discover card.

E-mail Confirmation & Receipt
After you complete your purchase, an e-mail confirmation and receipt will immediately be sent to you.

Safe and Secure
PaySchools uses “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL) software, requires passwords throughout the program, and does not store personal bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security for users.

Online Registration - Not For You?

Register by Mail
Accepted on a space-available basis until four school days prior to the class starting date. Exception: craft classes where materials are provided by BOCES - registration is due one week in advance. Fees for all courses are due at registration. Please make checks payable to WSWHE BOCES, we do not accept cash payments.

Register in Person
Register at the Gick Road Conference Center, 27 Gick Road, Saratoga Springs, Monday through Friday, 9am–4pm and at 11 South Street, Suite 105, Glens Falls, Monday through Friday, 8am–3pm. Please note there is no walk-in registration at the F. Donald Myers Education Center in Saratoga Springs or the Southern Adirondack Education Center in Hudson Falls.
