The WSWHE BOCES Help Desk provides 23 school districts that are participants of either the Technology Services COSER or the Learning Technology COSER with assistance and tracking of technology related hardware and software issues. The Help Desk is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 12 months a year at 581-3598 or by email at helpdesk@wswheboces.org.

To expedite calls to the Help Desk,  participants should have the following available:

• Building location and room number
• Contact person and phone number
• Hardware: serial number or asset tag number and model number
• Description of the problems
