L.Paul Rice, D.Ed. –

L. Paul Rice has 36 years of teaching and administrative experience at the public school, community college, and university levels. This experience includes Electronics Teacher at Rome City Schools, Director of Vocational Education at North Syracuse Central Schools, Academic Dean at Onondaga Community College, and an Undergraduate Dean at Western Kentucky University for their Bowling Green Community College and Continuing Education-Corporate Training Programs.

Although he is retired, Dr. Rice continues to teach as an Adjunct Professor for the State University of New York at Oswego in the Department of Vocational Teacher Preparation. His formal degrees include a D.Ed. in Vocational-Industrial Education and Personnel Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the State University of New York at Oswego in Education and Administration. He currently serves on the Bolton Central School District Board of Education.
