Hosted by the senior class, students from all three ELD class locations, F. Donald Myers Education Center, Sanford Street Teaching & Learning Center, and the Southern Adirondack Education Center enjoyed an afternoon of crafts, face painting, Christmas music and a delicious turkey meal with all the trimmings.
SCC students dressed in hospitality attire, prepped the plates and served the meals to the room.
ELD students enjoyed the meal and the field trip there. This event allows students to work on their social skills, which includes waiting for everyone at the table to be served before eating, using manners and talking with others.
