If you were an active substitute for the 2023-2024 school year and wish to be active again for 2024-2025, please complete the following steps:

  • Complete the online training modules (instructions are posted below

We are using a new vendor for the training modules this year so watch your email for an invitation from Needham Risk Management. Add them to your safe sender list (or to your contacts) in your email so you don't miss it! 1. Log In – Use the email address associated with your Frontline account  
 
2. Password -  substitute  

 

 
 
Training modules found here include: Right to Know/Hazardous Communications, Bloodborne Pathogens, School Safety, Mandated Reporter Obligations, Cyber Security and Data Privacy, and Unlawful Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. These trainings must be completed prior to substitute teaching.

STEP 2
  • After modules have been completed, forward the following updated, signed documents to the Substitute Teacher Registry:
